A body of mass $8 \mathrm{~kg}$ and another of mass $2 \mathrm{~kg}$ are moving with equal kinetic energy. The ratio of their respective momentum will be :
Solution
<p>$P = \sqrt {2m\,KE}$</p>
<p>$\Rightarrow {{{P_1}} \over {{P_2}}} = \sqrt {{{{m_1}} \over {{m_2}}}}$</p>
<p>$= \sqrt {{8 \over 2}} = {2 \over 1}$</p>
